Sail with us aboard our new Manta Catamarans sailcat for a coastal passage to Key West or St. Petersburg on an extremely well equipped cruising catamaran. The Coastal Passage Making course teaches our students the skills necessary to enjoy long distance cruising with confidence and safety. Learn to skipper and crew during coastal passages, in all weather conditions, including all levels of visibility and all hours of the day and night. Exercise your traditional and electronic navigation skills with radar & chart plotters; learn about and use water makers, generators, solar charging, advanced anchoring; sharpen your electrical and mechanical skills to attain self sufficiency. Our US SAILING Certified Instructors work with the students to cover a broad spectrum of topics inside and outside the boat, for a well rounded education. The result is a quality, comprehensive learning experience to prepare you for extended cruising.
